Come see the newest district in St. Pete! Lots of exciting things happening in this area - a block away is the redevelopment of the Coquina Key Plaza which will feature a boutique grocery store, local coffee shop, a pizza restaurant and more to be announced. Imagine having the luxury of walking to this outdoor mall where you can grab some food or drinks without having to get in your car. A block away is a beautiful and serene place to walk along the waterfront of Little Bayou. Coquina Key is known as "The Friendly Island" and when you walk around the area you'll see it definitely lives up to it's name. About 3 blocks away is a boat launch which is perfect because this house has a sizeable yard which would make it easy to store your boat or other watercraft. Down the street is the locally famous restaurant Mullets which is a 1920's house converted into an awesome restaurant where it feels like you're enjoying a meal in someone's backyard. One of the main things about this part of South Side St. Pete that no one talks about is the lack of traffic. It is a very peaceful place. This area is full of character and only getting better.
